Cait brings 20 years of experience working with dogs and was recognized by Sniffspot as one of the top dog trainers in the country. She is passionate about helping people embrace science-based training methods and specializes in positive reinforcement (R+) techniques for both behavior modification and traditional obedience training. Known for her expertise with reactive, aggressive, and fearful dogs, Cait enjoys debunking the myth that force-free training isn’t effective for certain breeds or challenging behaviors.

Currently, Cait is pursuing her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, with plans to become a licensed animal behaviorist. In addition to her professional work, she volunteers with CARE STL, offering free training to long-term shelter dogs to increase their chances of adoption.

When she’s not training or studying, Cait enjoys hiking with her dogs, horseback riding, relaxing by her koi ponds, and spending time with her husband, Will.
